What is a CCTV AMC?
An annual maintenance contract is a yearly agreement for scheduled preventive visits and breakdown support, so your cameras and recorders keep working and recording between incidents rather than being checked only after something goes wrong.
What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
In a comprehensive AMC, covered spare parts are included in the contract price. In a non-comprehensive (labour-only) AMC, visits and labour are included and parts are charged separately when needed.
Do you take over CCTV systems installed by another company?
Yes. We first visit for an audit, list what is working and what is not, fix the faults you approve, and then start the AMC — so the contract begins from a known, working condition.
How many preventive visits are included?
