Do you offer a site survey?
Yes. For qualified projects we visit your site, understand what you need to see and record, and then send a camera plan with options.
Which CCTV brands do you install?
We install makes including Honeywell, Hikvision, Matrix, CP Plus, Prama, Axis, Hi-Focus. We recommend based on your site, budget and any approved-make list you have, and give 2–3 options to compare.
Can you upgrade our old analogue CCTV to IP cameras?
Yes. We check what can be reused — cabling, poles, racks — and plan the upgrade in stages if needed, so you are not left without coverage.
How many days of recording can we keep?
It depends on the number of cameras, picture quality and how many days you need. We size the recorder and storage to the retention you ask for.
Can I see the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up mobile viewing during handover and give access only to the people you choose.
Do you maintain the system after installation?
Yes — through an annual maintenance contract with preventive visits and breakdown support.
